As a specialist in technology innovation and compliance, David is a business and technology hybrid, with a focus on transforming how organisations can simplify compliance, risk and financial crime management. He has over 40 years’ experience designing customer systems in retail banking, and has a strong focus on making products user-centric, ethical, and inclusive.
He is Chairperson of CDD Services, using his extensive experience to propel CDD’s products and services to provide meaningful change for both individuals and communities. He also chairs the Association of Document Validation Professionals, regularly meeting with government policy makers to understand and advise on current issues and solutions.
Your guru for Change & Leadership development, Lisa has 20+ years in Global HRM, Talent Management and Business Transformational Change. With experience of operating globally with C Suite executives and their teams, she supports businesses undergoing change to improve employee and business capability.
